Payment reminders that send themselves
Add an unpaid invoice once. Autopilot emails your client a polite, escalating reminder on a schedule, during business hours, until they pay. Then it stops.
How it works
1. Add the invoice
Client name and email, invoice number, amount, due date and your payment link. Takes 30 seconds.
2. Check the schedule
The default: 3 days before it's due, then 1, 7, 14 and 21 days after. Change the days or tone, and preview every email first.
3. Get paid
Reminders go out 8am–6pm your time on weekdays. Your client can reply to you directly, or click “Already paid?” and the reminders stop.

What your client sees
- From: “Your Name via PayNudge” <reminders@paynudgekit.com>
- Replies go straight to your inbox (Reply-To is your email)
- A short footer saying who it's from
- An “Already paid? Let them know” link that pauses the reminders and tells you
Hi Dana,
Hope you're doing well! A quick note that invoice #1042 for $1,250.00 was due on November 2, 2026 and is now 1 day past due. It may simply have slipped through the cracks — it happens to all of us.
You can pay here: https://pay.example.com/i/1042
If it's already on its way, thank you and please ignore this…

Questions
Will my client think it's spam?
The email comes from your name “via PayNudge”, replies go to you, and the wording is the same professional reminder you'd write yourself. We send at most one reminder per invoice per day, only on weekdays during business hours.
What if they've already paid?
Every email has an “Already paid? Let them know” link. One click pauses that invoice's reminders and emails you. You can also mark it paid or pause it from your dashboard at any time.
Can I write my own threatening message?
No. Reminders use fixed, professional templates. You can add a short note (like a PO number), but notes with threats, insults or harassment are refused. Lawful next steps like late fees in your contract, collections or small claims are fine.
Who can receive the emails?
Only the client email on that invoice. No CC, no lists, no marketing. Each account also has a daily sending cap.
What happens after the final notice?
Autopilot stops. Your dashboard links to a step-by-step guide: payment plans, demand letters, small claims and collections.
